The older versions, that had worked well in the past, had the same issue. To ensure that problem is not related with my latest build, I tried other builds (older versions) that I ran on my laptops in the last years. Sometimes, it does not work, but most of the time it works. I cannot click the task bar for example, but I can see the frozen desktop.

However, the game still works because I can hear the sounds of my actions.
